State at a particular date

The Report on Clients State at a particular date gives details of clients that are registered with the institution as at a given date e.g. "06/05/2020". 

How to view the Report on Client's State at a particular date

To view the report on clients states at a particular date, go to the menu Clients/Report on Clients a screen like one below appears:

• Reporting date from: Enter the date up to which you want to generate a clients report e.g. "30/04/2020" as seen in the screen above. 

• Branch code: Choose the branch code from the drop-down or tick the Check for all Branches checkbox to include all branches.

• All clients (with and without balances): When this option is selected, the system will generate a report of clients who have paid up their loans and those whose loans are still running by the selected period range e.g. from "01/01/2020" to "06/05/2020".
• Only clients without outstanding balances at end of period: When this option is selected, the system will generate a report of only clients without running loan balances by the selected period range
• Only clients with outstanding balances at end of period: When this option is selected, the system will generate a report of only clients whose loans are still running by the selected period range.
• Geographical area: From the drop down box, select a particular geographical area that you want to generate a report for. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all geographical areas. Geographical areas should have been entered under Support Files/Geographical Areas

Click the Ok button to have the report on clients state at a particular date which will look like one below.

Click the Close button to quit the screen.
